YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor/Master degree in the field of mechanical engineering
- 1-2 years of professional experience in HVAC engineering projects or modeling
- Familiarity with relevant international standards in the construction industry, e.g., DIN, ÖNORM, VDI
- Knowledge in REVIT or willingness to learn
- Commitment, process-oriented thinking, ability to work in a team, as well as independent
- Dedicated and careful way of working
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent customer interaction and social skills
YOUR TASKS
- Development of integrated planning concepts HVACS in 2D/3D - Preparation of planning concepts HVACS after consultation with the client based on applicable standards as well as crating a technical room book (engineering)
- Development of coordinated and usable schemes and floor plans HVACS based on manufacturer-specific product data for the appropriate phase of the project and considering common international standards (ISO, EN, ON, ...) (engineering)
- Project reporting (engineering)
- Monitoring productivity and quality of teamwork (engineering)
- Production of families for Revit according to the manufacturer's specification (modeling)
- Development of 2D / 3D floor plans as well as detailed plans based on the obtained concepts (modeling)
- Preparation of documentation without "collision" (modeling)
- Calculation of mass, quantity, costs (modeling)
- Proactive work
- Daily time-accurate documentation and allocation of working time in company software
