YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- University degree in engineering field with a Major in electrical engineering
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in ELT engineering projects or/and modelling
- Quick understanding with the ability to make assumptions and proactively seek missing knowledge, with or without prior leadership experience, but eager to take on project management and planning responsibilities
- Precise and conscientious work with self-control for correct results
- Ability to independently research international technical standards and manufacturer information
- Process-oriented thinking, ability to work in a team, as well as independently
- Familiarity with relevant international standards in the construction industry, e.g., DIN, ŐNORM, VDI
- Knowledge in Revit or willingness to learn
- Conversational or Advanced level of English language, and German is a plus
- Use of technology to automate tasks and improve team efficiency
- Excellent customer interaction and social skills
- Versatile in MS Office, Office 365
YOUR TASKS
- Lead your team to successfully implement building services projects in electrical engineering
- Develop and implement technical planning solutions with your team
- Make quick and confident decisions to advance projects and address problems early
- Develop integrated ELT planning concepts in 2D/3D, aligned with client consultations and standards
- Create coordinated ELT schemes and floor plans using manufacturer-specific data, adhering to international standards (ISO, EN, ON)
- Develop 2D/3D floor plans and detailed plans based on approved concepts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux, Caneco, ETS6, or similar programs is advantageous
- Produce Revit families as per manufacturer specifications
- Enhance quality planning and implement new technologies in Building Automation
- Specify materials, including quality and cost calculation
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers for custom solutions
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure project completion per contractual specifications and document deviations
