YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- A completed degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with a focus on technical building equipment or a similar field
- 3-5 years of experience in the planning and construction of building technology systems with direct management responsibility
- Process-oriented, organized and flexible team player
- Analytical thinking, solution orientation
- Computer, Mathematics, Physics knowledge
- Interest in building technology
- Decision-making ability
- Ability to combine, technical understanding
- Spatial imagination
- Organizational talent, precise and conscientious work, whereby quality is ensured through self-discipline and thorough checking of work
- Communication skills, fluent German language skills, enabling everyday communication with partners in the German-speaking market
- Quick learner with the ability to make informed assumptions and proactively seek missing information
- Ability to independently research international technical standards and manufacturer information
- Using technology to automate tasks and improve team efficiency
YOUR TASKS
- You lead your team to successfully implement technical building equipment projects in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, or electrical engineering
- You develop and implement technical planning solutions together with your team
- You make quick and confident decisions to move projects forward and address problems at an early stage
- You are familiar with the planning procedures based on the HOAI, LM.VM, and bSAT guidelines
- You communicate fluently in German and can conduct conversations via telephone/MS Teams to explain problems and record results via email
- You prioritize quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction to build loyalty and increase sales
- You perform price comparisons to create quotes, monitor project budgets, and manage billing based on contractual targets and actual values
- You work with partners and multinational teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality
- You promote the professional growth of your team members through training and mentoring and convey pride in work results and quality standards
- You identify and mitigate project risks
- You are proficient in Excel and IT, with a focus on troubleshooting and error prevention
- You create the hourly rate calculations based on the plans
- You communicate with customers and are responsible for sending invoices
- You are able to create plans and concepts independently
